Paranormal Containment and Consultation Society (P.C.C.S.)

Summary: The Paranormal Containment and Consultation Society (P.C.C.S.) is a subsidiary and branch of the Anomaly Data Room (ADR) tasked with the study and capture of Anomalous Entities and the catalog of Anomalous Phenomena, specifically on the "Paranormal" side of anomalies. The P.C.C.S. was founded after the dissolution of the original P.C.C.S. (ОСПК) under the Administrator ███████. The sale of P.C.C.S. assets to other paranormal organizations threatened to lead to full bankruptcy until the rise of Administrator Ambross, who made a deal with ██████ Inc, which gave the P.C.C.S. resources in exchange for becoming a semi-independent organization as of now. The P.C.C.S. acts more for the benefit of the ADR, offering them: Enforcement (The P.C.C.S. is known to be more morally flexible), Documentation (P.C.C.S. often gives the ADR their finding to create Anomaly Data Files), Research (Dr. Alexander Lee, may he rest in peace, streamlined the process of collaboration between the P.C.C.S. and the ADR in researching the paranormal). The P.C.C.S continues its operations in the field to this day.

ADR: Divinus Branch
Status: Active

Summary: ADR's Divinus Branch is a Branch of the Organization that has been exploring Heaven and Hell alongside anomalies like ADF-10. Other examples of possibly divine entities are ADF-12 and ADF-088. We will research and study any anomalies related to divinity or the latter, and try to protect humanity from them. We do NOT assume religious or ideological interpretations are correct, we approach these phenomena from a scientific perspective, though religious materials are sometimes used for research, as they have been confirmed to have some meaning to the actual existing Heaven. We were formed after the appearance of ADF-10, and ever since then we have been researching these theological anomalies in our world.

The Eyes Of Nothing/The Omicron Ayin Corporation
Status: Active

Summary: The Eye Of Nothing, or EON, is a Cultic International Organization formed by ADF-69 and an unknown High Lord figure. The organization is comprised completely of females, some of anomalous species. EON wants to utilize anomalies to initiate a restart of societ where ADF-69 rules all and the anomalous is normalized. They are known to have many locations in Africa, Asia, and Europe, but fairly few in North America. It is unknown whether or not ADF-69 is still alive and leading, but EON itself is still certainly active.

Общество по Сдерживанию Паранормального и Консультированию (ОСПК/OSPK)
Status: Inactive, Rebranded
Traits: National (Soviet); Organization; Non-Anomalous; Neutral
Summary: ОСПК (OSPK) is was an anomalous organization founded in 1938 in the Soviet Union by Sergey Stencov. Strencov was a “Paranormal Investigator” who specialized in strange or unusual phenomena, although many of his Bolshevik comrades at the time regarded him as a quack. The USSR granted him power and funding as part of their security organ to combat Nazi Occultism during the Second World War. After the dissolution of the USSR, the organization was privatized under the corporate name Общество по Сдерживанию Паранормального и Консультированию (Society for Paranormal Containment and Counseling); however, due to its rather dark history, it found little success, which is when its administrator at the time, Administrator ███████, moved its operation to the United States under the name Paranormal Containment and Consultant Society, or P.C.C.S. He was assassinated not long after and replaced by Administrator Ambross. They rebranded as an International Organization before selling all stock to the Anomaly Data Room (ADR), for which the P.C.C.S. acts as a semi-independent subsidiary of ██████ Inc.

Milson’s Merchants
Status: Active

Summary: Milson’s Merchants is an anomalous merchant-esque group formed and run by their leader, Milson Ingris. The people who work under Milson are called The Merchants. They were once normal people who were then hired by Milson into his hive mind. Milson’s Merchants locations have not yet been counted, due to their disappearances and reappearances in various locations internationally. Milson’s Merchants make various anomalous items, but never make the same item twice unless requested. These items are not made by The Merchants, but are instead produced by Milson and given to them to sell. Such items produced include an umbrella and a lollipop.
