CSS help needed pls - Anomaly Data Room

Two parts:

I'm making a theme that has a black background and white text but the background of the tabs is still white so the problem is the text doesn't appear since the text is white as well how to I make the background of the tabs black (Not the tab itself but the tab body)

next for the CSS Theme how can I change the ADR logo on my theme.
