I have and idea for an ADF! its a wooden box that if someone puts there hand in and think of something it will give the person a thing that is like the item you thought of unless you be to specific and it WILL mess with you like you think of something very specific it gets mad and gives you a live hand grenade I'm gonna co write this with dr jess lee
and can I use the number 21
I like this idea, but does the box have a genie inside it as the title suggests? Also, you said that you have to be thinking of something specific, but when you do, it gives you a live grenade? how does that even work?
Anyway, great idea, good luck!

Thank you, person.

I love the idea of "genie box with a sassy attitude" lol.
So, tell me, just to understand this better, is it just a magical box that gives you items, or is there an entity inside? Also, does it randomly decide to be an asshole and spawn 70 needles in your hand when you wish for "a back scratcher" or does it get pissed off if you're greedy, or too complicated or something? Like, are the "bad items" random or does it decide to give those items to people who piss it off for a reason?
Either way, very interested to see how this turns out! I'm expecting a bunch of experiment logs, and lmk in you need a pic of a scary wooden box (I have those). Good luck!!!

I'm almost done with ADF- 6 so I had an idea that I wanted to run by you really quickly to see if we could do it and it's kind of similar to how the SCP Foundation has scp-914 and it's test logs as a separate page I was wondering if we could do that in this article we could list the test logs for the genie box and anyone could edit it it would be a good way to have some goofy scenarios and could even serve as a way for people to introduce characters and it would also add a little bit more interactivity and a simple way to publish something quickly as each would be formatted as this:
Subject:
Thought:
Result:
Notes:
Basically on the actual article we create a link that goes to another page that anyone can edit for experiments
Wanted to see what you guys think of this
LMAO, this would be a perfect addition to an anomaly like that.
Here's my suggestion: Make 2 drafts, 1 for the ADF and another separate draft where you will include instructions for submitting tests, and explaining how anyone can edit the page and add their own in a collapsible or something. This can definitely work.
Lmk when you need some feedback!
