Ok, we can't have it just instakill any person ever who says "67" and does the thing. What if it's like a really idiotic ADR-themed version of a "Bloody Mary" type game, which actually has real-life consequences? If it's done in some sort of ritualistic way, it summons some evil, fleshy thing that will consume you and only leave, like, 6 of your fingers and 7 of your toes intact XD.
